When she’s not training for a role, she stays svelte by paddle boarding and doing TRX, a series of exercises using suspension bands for resistance.

Gadot’s not reaching for cookies when she has a late night snack. She’s all about fresh vegetables, like bell peppers, celery, and cherry tomatoes, along with avocado toast. She often Instagrams snacks like fresh strawberries and tomatoes.

One editor who tried Gadot’s Wonder Woman training regimen suggests doing push-ups for 30 seconds, then holding a plank for 30 seconds, repeating the combo four times. That two-minute exercise can tone and strengthen your arms.

Okay, so Gadot may not eat triple-decker Wonder Woman-inspired burgers, but she does enjoy regular ones from time to time. And chocolate ice cream. “I’m a foodie and I love to experience food, but at the same time I look at food as fuel and I want to give the best to my body,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I don’t restrict myself; I can eat everything. It’s all a matter of measurements and quantity of the food.”
