Lori Harvey was showing off her incredibly toned figure outside a workout studio in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old close friend of Hailey Bieber was at the Forma Pilates Studio which offers classic pilates equipment classes with semi-private and private options.
She had on a very low cut black top that flashed her cleavage and abs as she added black leggings and a pale gray jacket with the hoodie up.
The ex of Michael B Jordan, 37, kept her head low as she wore sunglasses and hair back showing off her diamond stud earrings.
Instead of shoes, the daughter of game show host Steve Harvey donned black slippers for comfort and she had a purse over one shoulder.
She has said in the past to Vogue that she can’t do hardcore bootcamp style workouts because she has joint pain from being an equestrian for so many years.
That is why she prefers the resistance-rooted methods of pilates.
The softer workouts prevent old injuries from flaring up.
‘I have an old knee and an old back injury that messes with me sometimes,’ she told the magazine.
‘So it was getting hard for me to do the gym thing every day. So, I was like, “Okay, I’ll try pilates, I think I can handle it.”
‘When I tell you I literally died, I have not had a harder workout in my life. I was shaking,’ she added.
‘I felt muscles I didn’t even know existed. I just got hooked and intentionally set a goal for myself. I was like, “I’m going to have [visible] abs.”‘
She is also careful with what she eats.
Harvey eats healthy to maintain a high metabolic rate for balanced hormones, a boosted mood, and more fuel.
‘I think, when I was trying to lose fat, I definitely had to figure out what my BMI is, what my caloric intake is to maintain or [be in a deficit]… I had to figure out my rhythm and the pattern that works for my body. Now, I’ve found what works for me,’ she said.
Lori added that being consistent is key.
‘I really, really did work hard for this, so for that to be a conversation is a cool moment,’ she noted.
Last week she looked better than ever in a blood-red semi-sheer mini dress that left little to the imagination.

She was seen in the fashion company’s impressive showroom on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.
The star was nicely made up with a pink lip gloss, winged eyeliner and filled-in brows. She wore hoop earrings and a necklace as she had her hair pulled back.
Strappy gold high heels finished off her read-to-hit-the-clubs look.
This comes after her father Steve Harvey said in Match that he could easily ‘get rid’ of one of his daughter’s boyfriends.
The 67-year-old television host – who has twins Karli and Brandi, 40, and son Broderick, 31, with first wife Marcia Harvey as well as Wynton, 26, with second wife Mary Shackelford and adopted children Morgan, 38, Jason, 31, and Lori, 27, through his third marriage to Marjorie Harvey – explained that his daughters are ‘very careful’ when introducing him to a potential new boyfriend.
He told Us Weekly: ‘If I spot a bad one, I get rid of them. I make no bones about it, so they’re very careful when they bring them.
‘You can think a person is wonderful, but everybody’s wonderful in the beginning. Everybody, you always meet the mask.
‘The mask can last for about 90 days, and then after a while, the mask starts unraveling, and I just try to wait on that period.
‘Sometimes they make it, sometimes they don’t.’
But if the ‘Family Feud’ star notices something off about a new boy who comes round the house, he will not involve his daughter and simply go about making sure he doesn’t come back himself.
He said: ‘But if you come in the house, and I know right off the top that you’re just not a good guy, I start the reading process right away I don’t say nothing to my daughter, I just, behind the scenes, I start working toward getting rid of this guy.
‘The person you choose to spend your life with is probably the most important decision you’ll ever make.
‘That relationship becomes an elevator. It can take you up or it can take you down, so choose wisely.’
