The Match’ returns this year for yet another exciting edition of the celebrity golf tournament. There is plenty of hype surrounding the event which is scheduled for Thursday 29 June, predominately because of the star-studded lineup. Golden State Warriors teammates Steph Curry and Klay Thompson will face off against Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes at the Wynn Las Vegas Golf Club. The match is expected to live up to last year’s epic game which saw Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers take on Mahomes and Josh Allen.

Curry has decided to take things up a level ahead of the match up against the NFL tag team with some epic trolling via Instagram. In the video, the point guard relaxes on his sofa with his golf club in hand and proceeds to watch the highlights of the Chiefs’ loss against the Buccaneers in the 2021 Super Bowl final.

Curry, looking incredible relaxed and with a cheeky smile on his face then turns to the camera and says: “It’s gonna be the same thing in Vegas baby.”

“Idk if y’all are ready for us. See you on the course,” was the caption of the clip which has received almost 200 thousand likes. The publication was filled with comments from amused fans. Tom Brady certainly saw the funny side, replying with three laughing/crying emojis.
