‘I haven’t been on the internet in four and a half years,’ Selena revealed. ‘It has changed my life completely. I am happier, I am more present. I connect more with people. It makes me feel normal.’

The former Disney star revealed she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2020 and explained that understanding her mental health is the ‘most important thing in the world’ to her.

The singer turned to her mother, Mandy Teefy, 45, to help create the online safe space.
