Selena Gomez‘ newest collab with Puma might just be her favorite yet.
The singer, 27, unveiled her third collection with the sportswear brand, and it’s clear to see that there are significant personal details dotted throughout.
The Texas-native ensured that a ’92’ made it into the drop, as well as a semi-colon, references to her year of 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 and her instantly-recognizable wrist tattoo.

The third SG x PUMA release, which retails for between $30-$120, follows a rugby-inspired collegiate theme.
Starring in the campaign as always, taking a nod from the varsity-themed aesthetic, Selena was photographed hanging out among the stacks in a school library.

The Hands to Myself singer brought back the fan-favorites from her previous collections with Puma, while introducing new styles.
According to a release, her semi-colon tattoo plays an important part of this collection.
Selena, who executive produced the dark teen drama 13 Reasons Why, had the significant design tattooed on her arm with some of the show’s stars in 2017.
The small punctuation mark represents a suicide attempt or contemplation and typically means that the tattoo wearer could have ended his or her life at one point but chose to live instead.
‘I wanted the collection to feel like it had character,’ Selena told Refinery29.
‘This one was really fun, in particular. Even the photo shoot we did for the promotion pictures, it was like, “How do we make the outfits as easy as possible for people to recreate? How do we make sure there is enough versatility with the outfit combinations?”‘
Key apparel styles include a striped SG Rugby Shirt, available in two colorways, and the SG Hockey Dress.

For the promotional campaign, outfits were styled to look like classic gym looks.
And as a fitness fanatic herself, Selena evidently knows a thing or two about athleisure.
These days, she’s mixing up her own routine with model-favorite Hot Pilates in West Hollywood with some added stunt training.
‘I started doing a version of stunt training but not with wires. It’s a workout where you’re moving your whole body and doing all these different positions that look like you’re doing karate but you’re not.
‘I like workouts that hit every part of your body,’ she added.
Of her go-to uniforms for her own sweat sessions, she said: ‘I love form-fitting tights, they always help me move better.’
‘Sometimes I will wear shorts for Hot Pilates but I usually just like to keep everything in so I can see my movements better. That way I can see what I need to work on more. And then I just throw a big sweater over.’

The new collection comes hot on the heels of Selena’s comeback performance at the American Music Awards at weekend.

E! News reported that Selena actually suffered a panic attack before taking to the stage, nearly two years since her last live performance.
She was ‘putting a lot of pressure on herself’ ahead of her return to the stage as the opener of the show at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday night, according to a source.
It had been an emotional year for the star.
‘Last year, I was suffering mentally and emotionally, and I wasn’t able to stay all buttoned up and together,’ she recently said. ‘I wasn’t able to hold a smile or to keep things looking normal.’
On Sunday, she also debuted a new tattoo positioned on her thigh before taking the stage at the show.
Selena’s black-and-white tattoo depicts two hands clasped in prayer with a delicate beaded rosary hanging around the wrists and down her leg.
Fans were quick to note how similar her new ink seemed to a similar piece on her ex Justin Bieber’s ankle.
It was also revealed this week that The Weeknd is to launch music inspired by his nine-month relationship with Selena.
According to ASCAP, the 29-year-old performer registered an upcoming song titled Like Selena to a US public performance organization.
