Selena Gomez goes grocery shopping in casual clothes as she steps out solo in Malibu

On Tuesday, Selena Gomez wore sweatpants and a sweatshirt to go grocery shopping in Malibu.The 29-year-old musician was spotted looking unusually casual, complete with fuzzy slip-on shoes.She walked across the parking lot of a Pavilions, days after visiting the White House to discuss mental health.The former Disney star wore her luscious dark hair in a loose, imperfect bun and wore no makeup.She was dressed in a large, black sweater with a pullover hoodie.Selena wore it with a pair of slouchy grey sweatpants with writing down one leg.She wore a black leather luxury purse with gold hardware crossbody over her torso.Gomez showed off her black pedicure in her casual, fluffy shoes with a tiny platform.She carried a shopping bag full of groceries to her car in the seaside area with two hands.

Last week, the singer paid a special visit to the White House in Washington, DC.

She came to the Mental Health Youth Action Forum to continue her mental health campaigning.

The panel gathered together young leaders who are developing innovative approaches to assist mental health in the United States.

Selena, the creator of the nonprofit Rare Impact Fund, was candid about her difficulties with anxiety and bipolar disorder, saying, “The mentionable becomes manageable.”

Appearance: Last week the entertainer was in Washington, DC for a special visit to the White House

‘I felt like once I found out what was going on mentally… there was more freedom for me to be OK with what I had, because I was learning about it,’ she says. It demonstrates that it is a subject that can and should be discussed freely and without shame.’ 

She went on to say in the forum, ‘When it comes to talking about and destigmatizing mental health, I want to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation, has access to mental health services.

‘I also want to urge other companies and individuals to make a difference in the world by taking action to de-stigmatize mental health. We require as much assistance as possible in establishing resources and services, as well as boosting access to those programs for young people.’

Selena was last seen on social media on Monday, when she posted two pictures of herself wearing a puffy Prada coat.

In one snap, she put her finger in her mouth and captioned it, ‘Maybe she’s just lol.’
