120 victims have come forward to accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of assault and sexual abuse, including a 9-year-old boy.
According to People, after the 14-page indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs related to sexual crimes was announced, 120 other victims also spoke up to demand justice for themselves. Among them, the male rapper was also accused of sexually abusing 25 minors, including a 9-year-old boy.
The boy said he was abused after auditioning at Bad Boy Records Studio in New York (USA). Attorney Tony Buzbee said: “The other boys who were also present at the audition, they were all trying to get a recording contract and were all minors. The 9-year-old boy was abused, allegedly by Sean Combs and several others who promised his parents that he would get a contract.”
The hip-hop mogul’s victims include both men and women. More than 55 percent of the victims filed complaints and related reports with authorities or hospitals. They allege abuse at Diddy’s parties, including album release parties, New Year’s Eve parties and “white parties.” Others claim they were sexually abused at auditions that took place in Los Angeles, Miami, Manhattan and the Hamptons between 1991 and 2024.
The attorney is now planning to file lawsuits in several states over the next 30 days.
In response to the allegations, Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff said: “Diddy cannot address all the baseless allegations in this ‘media farce’. However, he categorically and unequivocally denies any and all allegations that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. This is false and defamatory. He will prove his innocence and clear his name in court.”
The new complaints come after the 54-year-old rapper was charged with conspiracy to commit extortion, sex trafficking, transportation and engaging in prostitution. Federal authorities allege that Sean “Diddy” Combs abused, threatened and coerced women and others into sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, obstruction of justice and other crimes.
If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison or a maximum sentence of life in prison.
