he rap icon Lil Wayne has finally parted ways with his luxurious Miami mansion on Allison Island! After initially listing it for a whopping $29.5 million, the property has sold for a final price of $22.6 million.

This waterfront estate boasts a grand 10,600 square feet of living space and includes all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a celebrity mansion: seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private movie theater, a sprawling terrace, and even a wine cellar for Lil Wayne to store his finest vintages.

While the sale price represents a decrease from the original asking price, it still signifies a successful transaction for the Grammy-winning artist.
