Kevin Hart Buys $8M Calabasas Mansion for Family Vacation

The home is located in the Mulholland Park neighborhood of Tarzana, California.

While Kevin Hart is still on the mend after he was involved in a car accident earlier this month, his former Tarzana, California, home is on the market. The Night School star previously lived in the sprawling 6,549-square-foot abode for about seven years, having bought it for $1.99 million in 2012. He sold it just four months ago for $2.75 million.

Located in Mulholland Park, the two-story mansion consists of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and welcomes visitors with a front foyer flanked by two identical wrought-iron-lined staircases. A massive two-story living room anchors the residence, with an impressive floor-to-ceiling fireplace, built-in display shelves, and towering stacked windows adding grandeur to the room. In the adjacent formal dining area is a unique chandelier and a large picture window overlooking the backyard. The kitchen and bonus room round out the ground floor.

Many of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, with the master suite occupying its own wing. With hardwood floors, a textured fabric wall, and a fireplace, the bedroom is just the beginning of the luxe suite. There’s also a stunning, cavernous bathroom with a freestanding, modern deep-soaking tub, walk-in closets, and access to a private balcony lined with Astroturf.

A grand entryway leads to the living room, where there is a dramatic fireplace.

The backyard has a pool with a fountain and a spa.

Out back is a covered patio perfect for outdoor dining. A luxurious pool with a fountain and adjoining spa occupies much of the rest of the yard, while a high-topped bar and grill area and a separate lounge area at the far end of the yard provide more spaces to gather. The home also boasts two garages, one on either side.
