Before they ended their strenuous efforts with a tender kiss, the rapper was there to serve as her gym friend as they made their way to a session at the renowned Hollywood studio SoulCycle.
As she gave herself some alone time, the delicious new mother to Sir and Rumi and five-year-old Blue Ivy flaunted her gorgeous postpartum physique.
As the duo came out of their strenuous cardio session, she showed off her toned peachy bum in a clinging black top and matching leggings.
To keep her hair out of her face while pedaling, 35-year-old Halo singer Beyonce wore a baseball cap and pulled her hair back in a low ponytail.

Jay, on the other hand, gripped a towel in his hand and put the hood of his jacket over his head, looking less fresh-faced than his gorgeous wife.
Before they concluded their workout with a public display of passion, the Holy Grail singer held Beyonce’s hand as he guided her to their enormous people carrier.

The two were thrilled to be given some kid-free time after chatting the entire way from the studio.

They worked out a few days after Beyonce celebrated becoming a parent for the second and third time by throwing a party with her famous friends.
During her performance, the celebrity and her sister Solange showed their love and support for rap artist Missy Elliot. They also had a great day at the FYF festival.
