When your combined net worth as a couple is approaching the projected $1.5 billion, taking a “little vacation” takes on a whole new meaning. Beyonce and Jay-Z, an A-list celebrity couple, often take a lengthy vacation in a far-off location every summer, and this year is no exception.
Beyonce and Jay have previously made news for renting some of the most renowned and opulent megayachts in the world, including LANA and The Flying Fox, which was once thought to be the property of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos but has since been linked to a Russian oligarch and “retired” from unfriendly international waters. Jay and Bey decided on Faith for the summer of 2022.
According to the British tabloid the Daily Mail, they began their cruise off the Croatian coast on Monday. Some hazy pictures of the two on the deck of Faith, with their three kids, the kids’ nannies, and bodyguards, doing typical people things like lying in the sun, taking pictures of the kids and the scenery, and generally relaxing.
Faith is a massive 96.6-meter (317-foot) megayacht that Feadship delivered as Vertigo in 2017 and is intended for entertaining larger groups. It has opulent interiors by RWD and Chahan Interior Design, a generous interior volume of 2,999 GT, and a naval design by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects.
There is accommodation for the couple’s friends and family as well as for all the personnel they brought along in the form of a master suite (with its own private deck), two VIP suites, four doubles, and two convertible rooms, which can accommodate 18 guests and 32 crew.
Faith offers the best amenities money can buy, as it should given that it can be chartered for as little as $1.3 mιllιon per week in the summer and $1.5 mιllιon per week in the winter. And appropriately so considering that the megayacht costs $200 mιllιon.
A Bell 429 WLG helicopter helideck and hangar, two (matching) tenders, and a variety of water toys, such as inflatables, water slides, and eFoils, are among the amenities.
An outdoor dining area with a pizza oven, BBQ, and bonfire, a fold-out beach club, various indoor and outdoor lounge and relaxation areas, a glass-bottomed pool with a waterfall, a number of jacuzzis, a sizable gym, a complete spa and wellness center, and more are all available.
